2-Year Warranty for Defects in Material or Workmanship


This warranty provides coverage for defects in material or workmanship for your Premium Glass Water Bottle, valid for two years from the date of purchase. It offers a one-time replacement for each product.

What’s Covered: 

  1. Glass Defects: Flaws such as cracks or breaks caused by manufacturing defects.
  2. Silicone Sleeve Defects: Excessive wear, tearing, or improper fit due to manufacturing issues.
  3. Lid Defects: Malfunctions in the lid's construction, including faulty silicone rings/gaskets or improper sealing due to assembly flaws.

How to Activate the Warranty:
Register your bottle by scanning the QR code on the hangtag or completing the warranty form on our website. Please note that this two-year warranty is limited to a single claim per product.

6-Month Free Shatter Insurance

We understand that accidents can happen, so we offer 6 months of free shatter insurance for accidental damage starting from the date of purchase. This coverage is automatically activated at the time of purchase and provides a one-time replacement for each product.

What’s Covered:

  • Accidental Damage: If your Premium Glass Water Bottle is damaged due to an unexpected accident—such as dropping it or impact causing cracks, shattering, or breakage—this insurance covers a one-time replacement.

Key Notes

  • The shatter insurance is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Once a claim is made under this insurance, the 2-year warranty for the affected product will no longer be valid.
  • If you purchase multiple bottles under a single order, each bottle is eligible for its individual warranty. A claim on one bottle will not affect the warranty coverage for the others as long as they haven't been claimed under the same warranty.
  • Both warranties are valid for one-time replacements only. Once a claim has been processed, the warranty coverage for that bottle will be fulfilled and cannot be used again for the same product.
  • Shipping outside the US may require additional fees, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
